Welcome:
Meeting was called to order at 1:05 by Sharon Vrooman, President
Members: 14 Guests: 0
Sharon Vrooman discussed the need to watch the COVID restrictions for gatherings in the upcoming months and to monitor positive COVID numbers in the counties where our members live. Sharon will notify the members by email regarding any meeting cancellations due to COVID or weather.

Officer’s Reports
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $132.02 Savings: $1,262.21 Total: $1,394.23 Motion made by Joan Youmans to accept report and seconded by Ginny Schaum. Motion was passed by members.
Secretary minutes: on web site, motion to accept by Joan Youmans and seconded by Stephanie Liddle. Motion was passed by members.

Old Business:
Dues: If you haven’t paid your dues please give a check to Sharon Nesbitt.
Snow People: Our snowman now has a snow lady and they will hang together in front of the Middleburgh Library.
Other: There is a light show in the Timothy Murphy Park in Middleburgh that you can drive through the next two weekends.

New Business:
Schoharie Library: Cathy Caiaccio, the librarian is retiring. There is raffle for a gingerbread house.
Other: The renewal for the web site is coming up in February and the cost previously for two years was approximately $219. A motion was made by Emily Davis to continue to have the web site for two more years and to reimburse Kathy Livingston for that expense. The motion was seconded by Betsy Macomber. Motion was passed by members.

Program: Bingo game with quilting words and Christmas song teaser. We enjoyed cookies provided to each table by the quilt guild. Pillowcases were collected for our charity donation.
****January and February meetings were cancelled due to COVID.
January program will be moved to our March 9th meeting. Sharon Vrooman will provide kits for a make and take pin cushion. ****Please bring sewing scissors.
If you have made pillowcases or placemats for donation and haven’t turned them in yet please bring to March meeting. Please bring any President challenge blocks you have made and not shown yet.
